Refund Policy

At Let’s Talk Customs, all of our items are custom made just for you. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalized orders once they have been processed and shipped.

Refunds & Replacements
We will offer a refund or replacement if your item meets one of the following conditions:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong name, photo, or design due to an error on our part

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please email us at letstalkcustoms@gmail.com and include clear photos of the problem along with your order number so we can review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Spelling errors, incorrect names, or wrong photos submitted by the customer
  • Change of mind after the order has been placed
  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order with no penalty as long as it has not been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Incorrect Address
If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We are able to update the address within this time frame only. No refunds will be given for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
